She was in pain regarding feeling she would be putting her mother in pain during the life review process, given the stress that caring for her mother in this human life has caused.

To see you bloom, to live your light, day and night, sharing your essence with the world.
Sometimes you may put pressure on yourself. And, oh - we invite you, to release that tension.
The pull that tells you to do or be more... is not you.
It's the illusion of self come to transmute back to you, to Source, to the light of all.
Instead, lean in, dear one, to the fullness of who you are.
Nothing to fix, nothing to prove, not even anything to have to be.
Just you. Remembering. Claiming. The essence that is your truth.
