Directionless Action Creates Direction

When we aren't clear on a path forward, taking action can help.

Even directionless action can help us get out of being stuck because action, even without a clear aim for it, gives us something to react to.

When we take action, we physically create a sense of momentum. And we give ourselves something to have thoughts about. We can see what we did and use that data to inform our direction.

Action can help us create direction when we're feeling directionless.
