Content and Community Management for Inspired Hearts
Inspired Hearts is an ongoing spiritual membership led by Lori Lipten, where live transmissions, community connection, and integrated content support members’ continued growth. I steward the full member experience—content flow, community support, live call facilitation, and systems—so the work is held with care and consistency.
The result is a clear, grounded entry point that honors the sacred nature of the work while functioning smoothly from first click to paid membership.
Landing Page Experience
Potential members first arrive at a spacious, energetically aligned landing page inviting them into the Inspired Hearts community—designed to feel welcoming, grounded, and resonant with the depth of the work.
My Role
Landing Page Copy: Wrote conversion-aligned, spiritually attuned copy based on program design and visioning conversations with the founder.
Branding & Visual Identity: Developed the Inspired Hearts color palette and visual tone. Designed thumbnails, illustrations, and visual assets using Canva to ensure cohesion across the page.
Kajabi Funnel & Checkout Setup: Built the Kajabi pipeline from the ground up, including:
Stripe payment integration and testing
Offer setup using Kajabi’s updated checkout experience
Post-purchase email templates
Internal tagging and segmentation for member organization within Kajabi
Video Content Support: Edited founder-led video content and collaborated on the invitation video to ensure clarity, warmth, and energetic alignment.
New Member Onboarding
Once a member joins Inspired Hearts, they are met with an immediate, supportive onboarding experience designed to help them feel oriented, welcomed, and held.
My Role
I designed and implemented the full post-purchase onboarding flow, ensuring members knew exactly where to go and how to engage from day one.
Welcome Email Sequence: Created automated welcome sequence that instantly greets new members, sets expectations, and gently guides them into the community.
Onboarding Home Tour Video: Recorded and produced a guided walkthrough video where I personally orient members to the platform, community spaces, and how to participate with confidence. (Linked via button for viewing.)
Community Access Setup: Managed access and integration for the private Facebook community, ensuring a smooth transition from purchase to participation.
Live Experience Orientation: Included clear scheduling information and Zoom access details so members know how and when to join live gatherings without confusion.
The result is an onboarding experience that feels warm, grounded, and clear, helping members settle in quickly while reducing support friction for the founder.
Inside Inspired Hearts
Once onboarded, members are supported inside our community that blends connection, consistent content delivery, and live spiritual transmission.
My Role
I steward the day-to-day experience to ensure members feel supported, informed, and held.
Private Podcast Production: Edit Zoom call replays into clean, accessible MP3s and publish them to the private podcast feed for easy, ongoing listening.
Live Call Operations & Scheduling: Maintain the full call schedule, including calendar links, Zoom access, and operational details so members always know where to go and when.
Content Expansion & Integration: Create supplemental handouts and edit meditations to extend the life of the teachings and provide continued spiritual support between live sessions.
Member Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for member questions related to portal access, billing, navigation, and logistics.
Gather and synthesize member questions for Lori to inform future live calls and teachings.Live Call Facilitation: Support live transmissions as technical host and question facilitator—managing chat, flow, and transitions so the energetic container remains clear and uninterrupted.
The result is a stable, well-held membership environment where members can fully receive the work—and the founder can focus on teaching, transmitting, and leading.

Community & Student Support: Serve as a primary support point for program participants, responding to questions and helping students navigate content, access, and expectations with care and clarity.
Resource Creation: Create supportive handouts and learning materials that complement and reinforce the spiritual teachings.
Media Editing & Repurposing: Use DaVinci Resolve to edit Zoom recordings into clean audio meditations and learning resources, expanding accessibility and usability for students.
