Community Management for Whole Assistant

Whole Assistant’s Empowered Seat is a human-centered coaching program and membership space for Executive Assistants and Administrative Professionals. The program blends mindset coaching, practical tools, and community connection to support EAs in stepping into their value, strengthening their voice, and showing up as true strategic partners in their roles.

My Role

I support the Empowered Seat community by helping translate coaching concepts into lived, embodied practice, ensuring members feel supported, capable, and connected as they grow both professionally and personally. This work sits at the intersection of coaching, content, and community stewardship.

• Community Management & Member Support: Foster a psychologically safe, supportive community environment where members feel heard, respected, and encouraged.

• Mindset & Written Coaching Support: Provide written coaching and reflective prompts to help members navigate self-doubt, boundary-setting, confidence, and identity shifts in their careers.

• Content Review & Curriculum Support: Review and refine Kajabi course content, curriculum outlines, and workbooks to ensure material is clear, actionable, and aligned with the program’s coaching goals.

• Live Session Facilitation, Coaching & Engagement: Support live coaching sessions and community discussions, offering group coaching and mindset guidance while helping members turn insights into meaningful, actionable changes in their work and lives.

The result is a grounded, engaged community where Executive Assistants don’t just learn new concepts—but begin to see themselves differently in their work and lives.
