Journaling to Deepen Awareness
Writing is a great tool of awareness.
The first step is getting our thoughts, feelings, desires, frustrations, out on paper. This is where many of us stop - and while getting it out can help, if we stay there, stuck there, in that story, it can magnify what's going on. This is great if we love what's going on - but if we want to change it, or if we want to see why things are how they are even just for the sake of being able to repeat that effect later on, then it helps to go deeper.
The next step is using journaling to get in touch with your inner wisdom. This will take the awareness to a greater depth. This video shares some tips on doing this.
